Before you write

Lost your premium key? Search your email for the Gumroad receipt. The key is in it. If it has vanished, say so below and give me the email address you paid with, and I’ll send it again.

Refunds

Lessons cancelled in time are refunded in full. Digital products are delivered instantly, so they’re refunded only if something is wrong, and then I’ll fix it or refund you. The full policy is here.
