Ninety minutes, four parts.
There is enough of a plan that nobody feels lost, but it still feels like a real conversation, not a lesson.
Warm up
We start with a simple conversation about your week. You can listen first and speak when you feel ready.
The topic
We discuss one interesting subject. I email the topic before the class, so you can think about it first.
The phrases
I help you find useful, natural phrases for what you want to say, with examples you can try in the conversation.
Free talk
There is time for your questions and ideas. I guide the discussion and explain useful corrections without interrupting every sentence.
Honestly
What this is, and what it isn’t.
- One to ten learners.The class goes ahead even if only one person books. With a group, I guide the conversation so people have time to take part.
- Correction that does not embarrass you.I do not stop you in the middle of a sentence. I write the mistake down and explain it afterwards, in a way you will remember.
- Any level from B1 upward.If you can talk about everyday things, even slowly, this class is for you.
- Cameras optional.Some weeks you don’t feel like being seen. That’s completely fine.
- Speaking practice.You can listen first, but come ready to try speaking. You do not need perfect English.
- Not a grammar class.If you want the rules explained systematically, book a one-to-one lesson instead. This isn’t that.
Joining
Choose your date. Reserve your place.
Choose an available Thursday on Calendly and pay US$20 through Stripe to reserve one place. Times are shown in your own timezone. Book at least four hours before the session; each date has up to ten places.

You can join Google Meet in your browser. Keep your confirmation email for the joining details and booking links. If you need help, contact me.
Coming regularly? Four classes are US$70.
The four-class pass is US$17.50 per class, paid once through Gumroad. After buying it, send me your receipt. I’ll verify your purchase and email a private booking code that covers the full price of four class bookings.
Use your code on the same Tea Room booking page and reserve each date separately. Each booking uses one of your four places. Dates are subject to availability, and your Google Meet details arrive with each booking confirmation.
Get the four-class pass · US$70 →One class is refundable any time before the class starts. A four-class pass is refundable pro rata for the classes not yet held. If I cancel a class, it’s added to your pass or refunded, your choice. The full refund policy is here.
