If I buy All Access, do I still need Phrase Lab or Willowbrook?
No. All Access includes both. One key opens Native Phrase Lab, Willowbrook, and the premium lessons and games.
I already own Phrase Lab or Willowbrook. Can I move up to All Access?
Yes. You only pay the difference between what you paid and $49. Your upgrade code is on your Gumroad receipt: open the email and press “View content”, or look in your Gumroad library. Buy with the same email address as before. Can’t find it? Email me with the email you bought with, and I will help.
Does it keep getting better after I buy?
Yes. I add new lessons, phrases, activities and improvements regularly, and your key opens them as soon as they are there. I can’t promise an exact day, but you never pay again for what I add.
Will it work on my phone?
The premium lessons, the games and Native Phrase Lab work in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Willowbrook is a 3D game, so please play the free 15 minutes first to check it runs well on your device.
Do I need the internet?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser and needs a connection, including my recordings.
Is there a teacher, or pronunciation feedback?
There is no teacher inside these tools. But Sounds of English, inside Phrase Lab, gives you automatic feedback when you record a sound: the length, your voice on or off, and how close the shape is to mine. It is a computer, not a person. If you want me to listen to you, that’s Sound Check or a lesson.
I already own Phrase Lab or All Access. Do I get Sounds of English?
Yes. It is part of Phrase Lab, so it is already yours, with no extra payment. Open it here with the key you have.
Is it in my language?
The tools are in English. Phrase Lab has help in 19 languages, for all 1,000 phrases. Willowbrook has word translations in 11 languages for most of its words.
What if something doesn’t work?
If anything doesn’t work, I will fix it or refund you. Refund policy · write to me.
