2. How Often? (Adverbs of Frequency)
We use these words to say how many times we do something. They usually go before the main verb.

3. Useful Vocabulary
Sometimes our days are hectic, and we rush around. Other times, we have moments of leisure to enjoy.
Having a solid routine helps us stay organized. However, an occasional break is also good for mental health.
Grammar Rule: The "S"
Remember, in the Present Simple tense, for He, She, and It, we add an -s or -es to the verb.
Correct
He plays football.
She watches TV.
Incorrect
He play football.
She watch TV.
